Why my some products are missing?

If you received your order 1-2 parts don’t worry because we shipped products from our different warehouses. Please don’t panic about you receiving one item all orders and products will be delivered within the delivery time we have mentioned?

How can I cancel my order?

Once your order is processed then not possible for the order to cancel. Order will be canceled within 24hrs from the moment you order. We will charge an extra restocking fee of $7.99 USD on this product or collection.

How can I get a promo code?

I did not get a confirmation email during my order was complete?

During order completion, if you don’t receive a confirmation email this means you entered the wrong email address at our checkout page.

Contact us using this email with the first and last name associated with your order and order placed date. So we will resend you the order confirmation email.

What should I do if I received a damaged or the wrong product?

•             All exchange or return items must be commerce here

•             We accept exchange or return products within 15 days of delivery

•             We accept unwashed, unused, and original products for refund

•             Exchange available same products for requesting a different size
